Our services focus on booking safaris, arranging hotel stays, organizing transportation (pickups and drops), and helping with flight reservations for our clients. We operate independently and charge a reasonable fee for our services, which may vary depending on demand, particularly during peak booking seasons. Important Notes for Current Bookings:

• Please submit booking requests at least one day in advance.
• 100% confirmation for current bookings is not guaranteed.
• The safari could be assigned to any of the 1 to 10 zones in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve.
• Specific zone bookings are not guaranteed, though we will try to fulfill your preferred choice.

Things to Know for Ranthambore Safari Booking:

• Full payment is required in advance for all safari bookings.
• ID proof is mandatory for all visitors.
• No refunds or cancellations are allowed once bookings are confirmed.
• Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged with other individuals.
• You must carry the same ID card you submitted during the online booking process.
• Bookings can be made up to 90 days in advance.
• For foreign tourists, passport details are required when making a reservation.
• Safari permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to availability).
• The park may close without prior notice to visitors.
• If there are any changes to fees after booking, visitors will need to pay the additional charges at the park entrance.
• Visitors must report to the boarding location 15 minutes before the scheduled safari departure.
• If you book a safari for the following day, it will be treated as a current booking, and all terms and conditions will apply.
