Special Monsoon Cancellation Policy for Ranthambore Safari Booking

• Park Closure Due to Rain: If the park is closed because of rain, the following refunds will be issued:
  • Gypsy Bookings: 75% refund
  • Canter Bookings: 65% refund
• Permit Issued: If your permit has already been issued, refunds will not be available under any circumstances.
• Booking Confirmation Timing:
  • If your booking is for a morning safari, confirmation will be sent one day before the safari.
  • If your booking is for an evening safari, confirmation will be provided on the same day.

Chambal Boat Safari Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable Fee: Payments made for Chambal Boat Safari are non-refundable.
• Current/Tatkal Booking Cancellation:
  • If the safari is not confirmed, 100% of the payment will be refunded.
  • If the safari is confirmed, no refund will be provided.
• Cancellation Request (Before Due Date):
  If you submit a cancellation request before the due date, the following charges will apply:
  • Gypsy Safari: 25% cancellation fee will be charged
  • Canter Safari: 35% cancellation fee will be charged
  • Note: Payments for Gypsy Safari and Canter Safari are non-refundable unless the booking is not confirmed.

• Safari Type Change (Gypsy/Canter): If there is a change from Canter to Gypsy or vice versa, the price difference will be refunded.

Important Notes for Ranthambore Tiger Reserve Bookings

• Provisional Reservations: All reservations for entry and stay in the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve are provisional and can be modified or canceled by the Field Director without prior notice.
• Safari Cancellation/No-Show:
  There will be no refunds or rescheduling for safaris. Making a reservation means agreeing to all the terms and conditions, and no requests for refunds or changes will be entertained.
